FAQs on Warrantech Migration

1Why are you migrating to a new system?

Warrantech is always looking for ways to innovate and progress, and that includes delivering a more robust system with reporting, faster speed to market, self-servicing claims, and much more. Our investment in a new platform benefits our agents, dealers, and customers.

2Can I file a claim online in PCRS+?

Yes! Dealer Servicers and Independent Servicers can file claims online in PCRS+. For detailed information on how to get access, scroll up to the sections labeled Dealer Servicers or Independent Servicers.

3Does PCRS+ use MFA?

Yes, we will utilize MFA for PCRS+ as legally required. You can select a checkbox to remember you that allows for 30 days of no additional authorization.

4When you migrate over to PCRS+, will I still be able to access VSCOnline?

No, you will no longer have access to VSCOnline once we go live with PCRS+.

5How will I login to PCRS+?

PCRS+ requires a unique user to be setup meaning that an email address is required.  Users will be sent credentials on launch day with instructions on how to login.  User will be prompted to change password at the first login and accept an end user agreement.  Since this is a new system, each user will need to complete the MFA authentication process.

If you currently have access to vsconline.com and have logged in using MFA, you will be automatically set-up with a user in PCRS+ using the same email address. In PCRS+, your username is your email address.

6Who will train me on PCRS+?

Your agent will be your main source of training for PCRS+. However, we are continuously developing training materials for dealers and the F&I office. To find training materials, scroll to the top of this page.
