Our services don’t end after we develop your warranty or ESP program. We continually work with our clients to provide training, customized marketing materials and a variety of other support services.

  • Training – We realize that understanding extended service plans and warranties is the most important factor when it comes to selling them to your customers. We can provide onsite or online training for our clients’ sales force to help them understand the need for ESPs and how to market them to consumers. We’ve also created a training site specifically for our clients to brush up on their ESP selling knowledge. The site provides clients with computer-based tests and manuals and is also a great way for us to help train our clients who are based in remote areas.
  • Marketing Services We see ESP programs as a way of growing your business, so we put your name out front. As part of our program, Warrantech provides you with marketing materials branded with your company name, logo and contact information. From brochures to sales displays, we can provide you with the marketing support that suits your business needs.
  • Support Services – Our personnel will respond immediately to your needs while our top management will guide you with leadership throughout your extended service program.
