Dallas, February 11, 2019 – The Amynta Group, an industry-leading group of warranty, managing general agent and specialty risk companies, today announced that Adam Pope, President of its Warranty Solutions business, has been promoted to President of Sales across Amynta’s combined automotive warranty companies.

Amynta recently integrated the operations and back office platform of its automotive warranty businesses, which include Warrantech, Warranty Solutions and OwnerGuard. While each existing brand remains, the integration and planned investments will continue to have clear and measurable benefits for employees, agents, dealers and other stakeholders. Bold actions recently taken include:

  • Centralization of operations to Dallas, TX

  • Unification of the auto sales team

  • Formation of a dedicated relationship management team

  • Investments in technology, including a new marketing portal

“Adam’s appointment is one of many actions to support the evolution of our auto warranty businesses,” said Stuart Hollander, CEO of Amynta. The work completed thus far has garnered acknowledgement from the Better Business Bureau, which has rated Warrantech as an A+ business and reconfirmed the A+ rating of Warranty Solutions.

“We have three leading national auto warranty brands and are excited that the work started in 2018 to leverage their strengths is paying off. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue moving the Amynta Group’s auto warranty business into the future,” Adam Pope said.
Adam succeeds Chris Murphy, who has accepted a leadership role at an Amynta partner in the software space. Chris will be working closely with Adam during the transition to ensure continuity for Amynta’s business partners.

“Chris played a key role in establishing Warrantech as a leading provider of various warranty products and in the recent integration of our auto warranty businesses. We thank Chris for his years of service and numerous contributions, and we wish him well in his future endeavors,” added Hollander.
